Your production team brings the story, characters, scenes and sound together. After payment, we confirm production and your schedule by email.

  • 60 seconds: 6 scenes, narration and cinematic music.
  • 90 seconds: 9 scenes, narration and cinematic music.
  • 120 seconds: 12 scenes and your personalized love song.

Standard delivery: 24–48 hours. Premium express: 5–8 hours. Windows start from production confirmation after payment.

We send your draft by email. Watch it together or keep the surprise to yourself, then send one collected list of feedback for each revision round.

A FEW LITTLE QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

What if I want changes to the draft?

Three consolidated revision rounds within your agreed brief are included. Reply to your studio email with all the changes for that round so the team can review them together.

What if my photographs are not perfect?

Choose a well-lit photo where the face and hair are easy to see. Avoid heavy filters and very dark images. If a reference needs clarification, the team will contact you before production proceeds.

When does the delivery window begin?

After payment and our production confirmation email. The 60- and 90-second packages have a 24–48-hour window; the 120-second package has a 5–8-hour express window. Revision turnaround is separate. Tell us your occasion date in the form.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before production begins. Once work starts, change-of-mind refunds are unavailable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Read our production and cancellation policy.
