Refund policy

Production, revisions & cancellation

LoveToonify creates made-to-order digital animated films. Prices are in USD: 60 seconds $49, 90 seconds $69, 120 seconds $99. Two characters are included; each additional character costs $5.99 USD. No poster or physical shipping is included.

Before production

Your story and one reference photograph per character are collected in the order form before checkout and attached to your order automatically. No separate brief email is required. Production begins only after payment is confirmed and our studio sends you an email confirming the start of production and the agreed schedule. A paid order is not in production until this confirmation.

Cancellation & refunds

You may request cancellation before production begins by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us through Contact us with your order number and checkout email. Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available because work is personalized to your brief. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-delivery or defective services that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Three revision rounds

Each film includes three revision rounds within the agreed brief. A round means one consolidated feedback request followed by an updated draft. Send all requested changes together, identifying the scenes and details. Corrections can cover character details, scene details and wording within the original brief. A new storyline, additional characters or a material change of scope after production starts may require a separate quote, which must be agreed before extra work begins.

Package inclusions

The 60-second film includes 6 scenes, professional narration and cinematic music. The 90-second film includes 9 scenes, professional narration and cinematic music. The premium 120-second film includes 12 scenes and a personalized love song inspired by your names, memories and story.

Delivery

Standard delivery for 60- and 90-second films is 24–48 hours. Premium express delivery for the 120-second film is 5–8 hours. These windows begin at production confirmation following payment; revision turnaround is separate.

Draft review, feedback, production updates and final digital delivery are handled by email. Timing is confirmed by the studio after payment; a requested occasion date is not a delivery guarantee. Final delivery follows your approval.
