When does production begin?
Production begins after payment and an email from the studio confirming the start of production and schedule. A paid order alone does not mean production has started.
Cancellation before production
Reply to your order confirmation or use Contact us immediately with your order number and checkout email. The studio will check the production stage and respond to your request. Please request cancellation before the start confirmation.
After production starts
Because work is personalized to your brief, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available once production begins. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-delivery or defective services that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Three revision rounds
Each round is one consolidated feedback request followed by an updated draft. Describe the relevant scenes and changes together. Character details, scene details and wording within the original brief can be refined through this process.
A new storyline, added characters or a material scope change after work starts may require a separate quote. Extra work begins only after that quote is agreed.
Delivery or service problems
If your film is missing, inaccessible or does not match the agreed service, contact the studio with the order number and a description of the problem so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not include payment credentials.
