Digital delivery policy

LoveToonify is operated by Lovetoonify Studio. We deliver personalized animated films digitally. There are no parcels, posters, physical shipping fees or courier tracking numbers.
First draft delivery
- 60-second film: 24–48 hours.
- 90-second film: 24–48 hours.
- 120-second film: express delivery in 5–8 hours.
These windows begin when the studio confirms production by email after payment and receipt of a usable brief and photographs. An automated order confirmation does not start the production clock. They refer to the first draft; review, revisions and final approval take additional time.
How delivery works
Supply your story and photos in the order form before checkout. We use your production contact email to confirm the schedule and send draft review and final delivery links. Final delivery follows your approval. Please download the final file and keep a personal backup. If a delivery link is missing or unavailable, contact us for help.
Review and revisions
Three revision rounds are included within the agreed brief. Submit feedback together for each round. Revision turnaround is confirmed separately. Additional scope needs your approval of any extra quote before work starts.
Occasion dates and delays
A requested anniversary or gift date is not guaranteed until confirmed by the studio. Missing references, requests for clarification, customer response time and technical delivery problems can affect scheduling. We will notify you of a material delay and an updated schedule. Contact us if the agreed delivery has not arrived; your mandatory rights for non-delivery remain unaffected.
Track your order
Use Track your order to access your Shopify order or request a studio update. Shopify payment and fulfillment statuses do not represent every production stage. Check your inbox and spam folder before reporting a missing delivery.
