Delivery questions
Will I pay a shipping fee?
No. All packages include email delivery. LoveToonify does not sell posters or other physical products.
What if my delivery email is missing?
Check spam, junk and promotions folders, then check the inbox used at checkout. Open your confirmation email or contact the studio with your order number and checkout email.
Can you meet my occasion date?
Tell us your date during ordering. Your studio confirms the schedule by email. Leave enough time for review and revisions before an event.
