These terms apply to purchases from LoveToonify, operated by Lovetoonify Studio, at lovetoonify.com. Contact: hello@lovetoonify.com.

Our service

We create made-to-order digital animated films from the story, photographs and preferences you submit. Films are artistic interpretations; character likeness and scenes are stylized. We do not sell posters or ship physical products.

Packages and prices

Prices are in USD. The 60-second package is $49 and includes 6 scenes, professional narration and cinematic music. The 90-second package is $69 and includes 9 scenes, narration and cinematic music. The 120-second package is $99 and includes 12 scenes and a personalized love song instead of narration. Two characters are included. Each additional character costs $5.99, up to six characters in total. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. These are one-time purchases.

Your order and brief

Provide an accurate email address, your story and a clear reference photo for each character before checkout. Review names, spellings, preferences, package and total before submitting. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; production starts only after payment and a separate studio email confirming production and the schedule. Tell us promptly if any detail is wrong. You must be legally able to place the order, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Delivery and review

For 60- and 90-second films, the first draft delivery window is 24–48 hours. For 120-second films it is 5–8 hours. The window starts from studio production confirmation after payment, not simply from checkout. Requests for clarification, missing or unusable references, and customer review time can affect scheduling. We will communicate delays and the revised schedule. Requested occasion dates require our confirmation. Revisions have a separate turnaround. Drafts and final films are delivered digitally by email or a link sent to your production contact email. Final delivery follows your approval.

Three revision rounds

Each package includes three revision rounds within the agreed brief. One round is one consolidated set of feedback followed by an updated draft. Please identify the scenes and changes together. A new storyline, extra characters or a substantial change of scope may require a separate quote, agreed with you before extra work starts. This does not restrict your statutory remedies for a defective or non-conforming service.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation before production begins by emailing us with your order number. After production has begun, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available because work is personalized to your brief. This does not exclude remedies for non-delivery or defective services, or any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where the law requires express consent to early performance or a separate acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, these terms alone do not replace that consent. See our refund policy.

Photographs, stories and permissions

You retain rights in the materials you submit. You confirm that you have permission to provide and use the photographs, names and other materials for this order, including appropriate guardian permission for images of minors. You grant us the permission needed to produce, revise and deliver your film. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may request clarification or decline prohibited content; any payment or refund consequences will follow applicable law and the circumstances of the order. We will not use your private story, photographs or finished film in public marketing without separate permission.

Using your film

Your purchase includes personal use, gifting and personal social sharing of the delivered film. Commercial advertising, resale, redistribution as stock content or separate reuse of music or other components requires written agreement. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. We do not promise transfer of rights we do not own.

Privacy and communication

Order data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Shopify processes checkout and account information; your production contact email is used for studio updates, drafts and final delivery. Providing an email for an order does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

Problems and applicable rights

If there is a problem, email hello@lovetoonify.com with the order number and a description so we can investigate and propose a remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Any terms updated on this site apply prospectively; changes do not reduce the rights agreed for an existing order without your agreement.
