From payment to your final film

1. Order received: your story and character photographs are attached to your Shopify order automatically. No separate brief email is needed.
2. Production confirmed: after payment, the studio confirms the start of production and your schedule by email.
3. Draft review: we email your preview and collect your feedback in up to three rounds within your agreed brief.
4. Final delivery: after review, we email your final film and complete the order.

For a revision, approval or question, reply to your studio email or use the form below. Include your order number so we can find the right story.

Production has not started until we confirm it by email. You may cancel before that point. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Read the policy ↗
